Many times, people ask us what Balanced Grace Therapy is all about. Well, you might have guessed it already. We are all about relationships and love. It’s the one thing everyone wants but doesn’t quite understand where they fit in the search to find, maintain, accept, or transition out of that relationship.
We have all been there, feeling heartbreak, loneliness, confusion, indecisiveness, or even hopelessness as we try to navigate the ins and outs of our experiences as we seek relationships and love. We, as therapists, experience the same feeling.
Questions arise as we seek relationships. In that search, we sometimes wonder:
“Why do I attract the same type of people who aren’t good for me? Are people truly capable of change, or do I believe they can? If I do give second chances, what will people think? Or even what people might think if I don’t.”
Our goal is to help you gain self-awareness.
